icon Where To Rent Apartment In Denver?
  Denver is quite a big city. It has both local bus and rail service for commute.
IT office's here located in Downtown or DTC (Denver Tech Center) area

If your office is in Downtown, you are rent a apartment in downtown to avoid any commute time. In downtown you may have to pay more rent than in suburbs. Mostly Indian community who works in downtown lives in Aurora or Denver. Below is list of apartment communities.

1. French Quarter apartments, Aurora, CO 80014 : - This is good place to for people who don't have their own car for commute, totally rely on public transport and looking for affordable housing option. This apartment complex is walking distance to Indian grocery stores, Restaurants and Dollar Store.

This is also close to Nine Mile Rail Station (Walking distance) so easy commute to downtown / DTC is possible. Direct bus service to downtown also available from here.
You may want to use rail in Summers but in winter you would like to use Bus as bus stop is just outside of apartment complex main gate. In winters, Denver is very cold (around -5F) and it's not possible to walk even to rail station.


Hope this will help who ever is moving to Denver, CO for project, job etc. I'll post more stuff later.

  If you looking for a apartment close to DTC area (South Denver), Palomino Park is a good option with lot if India community already living here.
It's in Highlands Ranch area, close to Walmart, King Sooper, Sams Club, Costco and Park Meadows Mall.

If you are looking for something close to public transport then apartments close to Lincoln Station are good options. In these apartments also you can find lot of Indian community already living. Apartment complex names are

1. Metropolitan at Lincoln Station
2. Retreat at Park Meadows (Formerly Amli)
